Peter Smaldone:

Pete is a co-founder of the Maxwell Group and a leading executive search/recruitment specialist. His area of specialization is financial services with a focus on corporate 100 in accounting, finance and operations. He entered the executive recruiting business in 1985 working for a boutique firm in NYC. Pete is a seasoned veteran with a well deserved reputation a skilled negotiator and an excellent judge of character. He is a graduate of Iona College where he earned a BBA Accounting in 1977. Upon completing his studies he worked for Ernst & Whinney (Presently Ernst & Young). Pete is an active participant in CYO and PAL.
